A Story About Feelings, Friendship, and Finding Your Way Back
Bianca Finds Her Bounce is Dr. Shreya Hessler’s debut children’s book about emotional resilience — written for kids but loved by adults, too.

Through Bianca’s journey of losing and rediscovering her “bounce,” the story gently introduces children to the language of emotions, self-compassion, and courage to walk through worry.

Rooted in the same principles that guide Dr. Hessler’s clinical and educational work, Bianca Finds Her Bounce helps families and classrooms talk about big feelings in small, meaningful ways.

It’s a story of self-awareness, connection, and the everyday bravery it takes to cope with worries.

How to Stumble Proudly in a Perfection-Obsessed World
In her TEDx talk, Dr. Shreya Hessler explores what happens when we stop hiding our stumbles and start learning from them.

Drawing from her work as a psychologist, professor, mother, and lifelong observer of human resilience, she offers a simple but powerful idea: our mistakes are not evidence of weakness — they’re proof of courage.

This talk is a compassionate invitation to rethink resilience in a culture obsessed with performance. It reminds us that stumbling isn’t the opposite of success — it’s part of becoming.
