For months, I’ve been sharing pieces of a larger vision. We’ve had conversations about unfinished manuscripts and discussions about author development. I added insights from publishing, editing, and working with writers who know they have a book inside them but aren’t sure how to bring it fully to life.
Today, I’m excited to officially introduce The Write Blueprint™. This is NOT another writing program, NOT another collection of video lessons, and NOT a place to receive occasional manuscript feedback. The Write Blueprint™ is a guided author development regimen, designed for emerging writers who are ready to approach their work with greater intention, structure, and professional support.
We Paid Attention
Over the years, I’ve noticed something important: writers don’t struggle because they lack talent. They struggle because they lack guidance. There is no shortage of information in all forms of media available to authors today. An endless array of books on writing, podcasts about publishing, and endless advice on social media swirl around the universe. Yet many writers still find themselves “stuck” because they don’t know what applies to them specifically. They need help navigating the journey, and that’s where The Write Blueprint™ begins.
Guidance Instead of Feedback
One of the most important distinctions about this program is that it is built around guidance instead of simple feedback. Feedback looks backward at what is wrong and what doesn’t work—and then stops. Guidance looks forward and helps you understand why and what comes next. Not just about the writing itself, but in publishing, author positioning, and more.
Throughout the program, participants receive strategic support designed to help them make stronger decisions as writers, develop clearer manuscripts, and build sustainable creative practices. We don’t simply improve manuscripts; we develop the authors who create them.

A Modern Literary Institute, if You Will
The Write Blueprint™ was intentionally designed to feel more like an elite writing institute than a traditional writing program. Participants enter a curated environment focused on 6-key areas:
-
Author Development
-
Manuscript Strategy
-
Creative Accountability
-
Publishing Education
-
Professional Growth
-
Literary Community
Instead of a generic curriculum, writers engage in a guided developmental experience that meets them where they are while helping them move toward where they want to be.
Acceptance to the Program
Acceptance into The Write Blueprint™ marks the beginning of a structured developmental pathway. Once accepted, writers begin clarifying their “why” and who they are writing for. What transformation(s) are they hoping to create?
From there, the framework is designed to strengthen every stage of manuscript development, including idea clarification, structural development, writing systems and accountability, revision readiness, and author positioning.
The Power of the Cohort
Writing is often a solitary practice; however, author development shouldn’t be. Cohort learning is a powerful teaching tool. The Write Blueprint™ allows authors to hone their craft alongside other serious writers who are committed to their work. We create a collaborative environment where writers benefit from mutual accountability and diverse perspectives.
The result isn’t competition, it’s momentum.
The Alumni Community
Writing a book is only one achievement. Building a sustainable writing life is another. Beyond graduation, development doesn’t end. Accepted participants become part of The Write Blueprint™ Alumni Community, a growing network of writers committed to continued growth and meaningful work.
Alumni will have opportunities to remain connected, celebrate milestones, exchange encouragement, and continue building relationships long after their cohort experience ends.
The Founding Cohort
There’s something special about being the first. Founding members will help shape the culture, traditions, and legacy of this community from the very begining.
Applications are now OPEN for the inaugural cohort of The Write Blueprint™.
Our program is intentionally selective. The application process helps ensure the program remains focused, personalized, and aligned with the writers it was designed to serve. If you are serious about strengthening your craft and becoming the author your work deserves, I invite you to apply.
Athletes have trainers, business execs have coaches, and writers deserve an avenue where they don’t feel they have to go it alone. Applications for the first cohort are now open. I can’t wait to see what we’ll build together.
